The Dalmore Vintage Collection 2009 is a single malt bottled at 48.9% ABV. It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then enhanced with hand-selected Matusalem sherry casks and Graham's 10-year-old tawny port pipes.
Morello cherries, orange and dates are described, with a touch of antique oak from the Matusalem casks. The tawny port pipes add dark plum, manuka honey and spice.
