Copper Alley is a ten year old Irish single malt from The Dublin Liberties, finished in Oloroso sherry casks that are 30 years old. It follows the Copper Alley Limited Release and is bottled at 46% without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with delicate honey and icing sugar, giving way to apple blossom and red fruit. On the palate, baked plums and red fruit from the Oloroso casks come with oak and golden syrup, and the finish is of dark chocolate.
