The GlenDronach – Revival 15 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

The GlenDronach Revival is a 15 year old single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Production of the expression stopped in 2015, and it now returns to the distillery's core range. It follows The GlenDronach's house approach of maturing in Spanish sherry casks, here Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso casks from Andalucia, kept for 15 years in dunnage warehouses. The flavour is described as dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey, followed by an enveloping, memorable finish.
