The Gospel 100% Australian Solera Rye is a rye whisky from Australia, in a 70cl bottle at 42.5% ABV.
It is matured in a solera system, which brings younger and older whisky together, using new American oak and former red wine casks. No colouring is added.
The nose offers red berries, spicy rye and a little vanilla. On the palate it is full and powerful, with spice, caramel and a restrained note of wood. The finish is long, warm and lightly peppery, with a dry red wine undertone.
