The Heart Cut New Riff Distilling #22 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (50cl, 52%)

This is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from New Riff Distilling, selected by the independent bottler The Heart Cut and bottled at 52% in a 500ml bottle. It is a blend of three casks, and 1,035 bottles were produced. The blend balances rich sweetness with bright fruit and warming oak spice, and keeps a grain-driven style. On the palate, honeyed sweetness and juicy black cherry sit alongside gently toasted oak, followed by a warming, well-structured finish.
