The Irishman Cask Strength 2019 is a small batch Irish whiskey bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from ex-bourbon barrels and is unfiltered. Only 2,250 numbered bottles were released, and each comes in a wooden presentation box. The nose has nectarine, honey, soft vanilla and light spice. The palate is sweet malt, toffee, tropical fruit and a lively bourbon spice, and the finish is long, warming and complex.
