It matured in American oak bourbon barrels, which give a warm, full profile that balances sweet bourbon influence with the smooth house style of Walsh Whiskey. The nose offers vanilla, honey, roasted nuts and ripe peach. The palate is creamy and powerful, with toffee, spicy oak, marshmallow and ripe fruit. The finish is long, warming and complex.
