The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

The Irishman is a triple-distilled Irish single malt bottled at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mash bill of entirely Irish barley. The whiskey is matured in American oak Bourbon casks and European oak Oloroso sherry casks. This double maturation gives a rich, honeyed maltiness and soft notes of candied fruit. The nose is delicate, with honeyed malt. The palate is sweet, with candied fruit and fig, and the finish brings sundried raisins and seasoned oak spices.
