A 15 year old pure malt Japanese whisky from the Shinobu Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. It is a special edition released to mark the Year of the Dragon in 2024.
The whisky has a Mizunara oak finish, which brings out layers of flavour.
The scent is deep, floral and woody, and the palate is rich and satisfying, leading to a luscious, sweet aftertaste.
