The Tottori Aged in Bourbon Barrel is a blended Japanese whisky from Matsui, bottled at 43% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It is a tribute to Tottori province, home to the Matsui distillery since 1910.
The blend is made from several Japanese whiskies aged in Bourbon barrels for three years, which bring out the aromas of American oak. Clean, fresh water from natural Tottori streams is key to the process. It is non-chill-filtered.
