The Tottori is a blended Japanese whisky from Matsui, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is named as a tribute to Tottori province, where the Matsui distillery has been based since 1910.
The whisky was aged for three years in toasted oak and is not chill-filtered. Clean, fresh water from natural Tottori streams is central to the way it is made.
