The Whistler 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt bottled at 46% ABV. It was matured in bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled without chill-filtering and without caramel colouring.
The nose offers plenty of fruit and honey cake, with vanilla, ripe pear and green apple. The palate is delicate and soft, with fruit and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering, with soft, sweet caramel and a hint of green apple.
