The Yamazaki 12 Year Old is a Japanese single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a pure gold whisky described as succulent, with soft fruit.
The nose is full of peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange and vanilla, with Mizunara, the Japanese oak, alongside. On the palate come coconut, cranberry and butter.
The finish is long, with sweet ginger and cinnamon.
