Thy Whisky – Single Malt

Thy Whisky Single Malt is an organic Danish single malt from the Thy Whisky distillery. It is distilled from organic barley grown on the family's own fields in Thy and matured in carefully chosen casks. The nose offers fresh cereal notes, vanilla, light fruit and a subtle spiced sweetness. On the palate it is soft and full, with ripe fruit, caramel, oak and a spicy undertone. The finish is long, with warm spices, light malty notes and a gentle sweetness.
