This is a Danish spelt rye whisky from Thy Whisky, made from malted spelt, rye and barley. All three grains come from the farm's own organic crop rotation. The whisky is matured in new oak casks and bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Honey, vanilla, oak, pepper and citrus are noted in the taste, along with floral notes.
