Tiger Snake Australian Whiskey (70cl, 43%)

Tiger Snake is an Australian sour mash whiskey, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from Tennessee whiskey and Kentucky bourbon. The grain bill is corn, rye and malted barley, occasionally with the hybrid grain triticale, and every grain comes from Western Australia. The average age is 5 to 8 years. The nose is aromatic, with vanillin, honey, tropical fruit, cranberry and pear. The palate is viscous and balanced, with vanilla, caramel, hazelnuts, heather honey and salted caramel ice cream with dried stone fruits. The finish is juicy and lingering.
