Timorous Beastie – Small Batch Release (70cl, 46.8%)

Timorous Beastie – Small Batch Release is a whisky from Timorous Beastie (Highland). Bottled at 46.8% ABV, 70cl. Having been in specialist and craft Scotch Whisky production for generations, Douglas Laing originally exported blends, but now carries the family name down the line by focusing on bottling exceptional single malts and grains as part of their Old Particular, Provenance and XOP ranges. They also enjoy huge success with their “Remarkable Regional Malts” range. A series of creatively named vatted malts, designed to epitomise the characteristics of Scotland’s whisky regions. Named after the immortal poem ‘’Tae a Moose’’ by Robert Burns the name is something of a misnomer as this definitely not for the faint hearted. Timorous Beastie is a marriage of Single Malts from The Highlands - including, amongst others, those distilled at Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne distilleries.
