Iniquity Sticky Fingers is an Australian single malt from Tin Shed Distilling Co, bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from malt extract rather than the usual mash of malted barley.
The whisky spent four years in a single American oak cask that previously held sherry.
The nose combines Manuka honey and heather with a hint of Turkish Delight, moving to floral notes and ending on nougat. The palate brings dried fruit and nuts with a rich, creamy texture. The finish is very long and sweet, and with time it can recall Mars Bars.
