Lazy Daze is part of the Iniquity Anomaly Series from Tin Shed Distilling Co, an Australian single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It spent three years in a mix of barrels: bourbon (78%), shiraz (15%), peated tawny (3.5%) and apera (3.5%).
The nose brings tart green apples, passion fruit, vanilla and pineapple, with a note of new leather. On the palate come citrus, banana and passion fruit. The finish is long and leathery, with fruit mince and vanilla.
