Tin Shed Iniquity Gold Series Batch No.007 Australian Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 56%)

Iniquity Gold Series Batch No.007 is an Australian single malt from Tin Shed Distilling Co, bottled at 56% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from a single 225-litre American oak Port cask, teaspooned with whisky from a Shiraz cask and whisky from a peated cask, both of the same age. The nose is full of toffee, treacle, maple syrup, molasses, dried stone fruit, ginger snaps, pine needles, mint chocolate, sandalwood and cream sherry. The palate is silky, with burnt caramel, apricot or fig jam and Jaffas. The finish brings hazelnuts and roasted chestnuts, and it lingers.
