Tincup American Whiskey (75cl, 42%)

Tincup American Whiskey is a blend of high-rye Indiana bourbon and Colorado single malt whiskey, bottled at 42% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The name looks back to the miners of the Colorado gold rush, who drank their whiskey from tin cups. The blend is reduced to strength with Rocky Mountain water. The nose is bright and sweet, with fresh citrus, black pepper, ginger and a little vanilla. On the palate, caramel and honey sit against peppery rye spice and toasted oak. The finish is clean and lingering, with a warm note of cinnamon.
