Togouchi 15 Year Old is a blended whisky from Japan, produced by Chugoku Jozo and bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is sourced from Scotland and Canada, then aged in a railway tunnel before bottling. The nose is soft pastry dusted with cinnamon, with pear and hints of dried earth. On the palate, nutty malt meets milk chocolate and a little caraway, and the finish brings peppercorn, vanilla and a lingering peatiness.
