Togouchi Beer Cask Finish is a blended Japanese whisky from the Sakurao distillery, bottled at 40% ABV. It was finished in casks that first held rum from Martinique and were then shipped to France to age IPA beer.
The result is described as sweet and malty. On the nose and palate it brings honey, vanilla, bitter hops and baked apples, with vanilla, apple, honey and malt the dominant notes.
