Togouchi Blended Japanese Whisky Rum Cask Finish (70cl, 43%)

Togouchi Rum Cask Finish is a Japanese blend of 15% malt whisky and 85% grain whisky made from unmalted barley. All the components are distilled and matured in Japan, then blended there. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43%. The whisky first matures in bourbon casks, stored in a former railway tunnel, and then spends at least 18 months in Jamaican rum casks. Introduced in 2025, it is the first Togouchi blend bottled at 43%. Vanilla and creamy pastry notes shape a mild, sweet profile. The finish is long, with caramelised sweetness and a pronounced rum character.
