Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky Beer Cask Finish (70cl, 40%)

Togouchi Beer Cask Finish is a blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It blends malt and grain whisky distilled and aged by Sakurao Distillery. The blend is finished in casks that previously aged a fragrant, flavourful IPA beer. The light bitterness of hops and a young, grassy aroma add a moderate bitter accent to the whisky. The colour is deep golden. The nose is hops, young grass and citrus. The palate has a gentle custard sweetness with grapefruit bitterness. The finish is mellow and sweet, balanced by a gentle bitterness.
