Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky Peated Cask Finish (70cl, 40%)

Togouchi Peated Cask Finish is a blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It blends malt and grain whisky distilled and aged by Sakurao Distillery. The whisky is aged in casks that previously held a smoky-aroma whisky, which gives it a flavour and aroma as though lightly smoked, alongside a rich sweetness. The colour is deep golden. The nose offers coconut, ginger and Earl Grey tea. The palate has a charcoal-like character that brings out the sweetness and acidity of bitter chocolate and oranges. The finish is a rich honey sweetness with a gentle, lingering smokiness.
