Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It is made by Sakurao Brewery & Distillery, formerly Chugoku Jozo, a producer known for its traditional sake.
Imported bourbon casks are taken into an old railway tunnel to mature. The chief blender then selects and blends the whisky, which spends three months in sake casks before bottling.
