Togouchi Single Malt is the first single malt whisky from Togouchi, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It was aged for 3 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
The spirit is distilled near the Seto Inland Sea, while the casks are stored in cellars at the foot of Osorakan mountain, in the small town of Akiota-Togouchi. A team of local artisans from the Hiroshima region looks after it.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
