Tomatin 12 Years Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in Spanish ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. It is a caramel-sweet whisky with light touches of apple, pear, nuts and citrus, and a gentle peppery spice.
The nose is fruity and spiced, with fresh green apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of milk chocolate. The palate is clean and fruity, with cut grass, lemon and orange peel, and spice that carries into the finish.
