This Tomatin single malt was distilled on 30 November 2001 and bottled exclusively for the UK on 15 August 2022. Matured in a Pedro Ximenez cask numbered 34872, the limited edition yielded 657 bottles at 57.4% ABV. Its character brings together maple syrup, rum-soaked sultanas, dark chocolate and espresso. Cherry, plum liqueur and Jamaican ginger cake follow, with sweetness and bitterness meeting on the finish.
