Tomatin 21 Years is a 21-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV for travel retail. It was matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks. The nose has a generous amount of vanilla, with coconut, caramel, oak, baked apple, citrus and a floral touch. On the palate come apple crumble, freshly baked croissants, Manuka honey, ginger, clove and star anise. The finish is long, fruity and buttery.
