Tomatin – 36 Year Old (46%)

Tomatin 36 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the Tomatin distillery, bottled at 46% ABV. Tomatin has made whisky since 1897 and calls its style "The Softer Side of the Highlands". The distillery ferments for 168 hours, among the longest fermentations in Scotland, and distils slowly in stills with extended necks to capture only the finest aromas. The result is single malts that are silky, fruity and accessible, with an elegant, subtle character.
