A 25 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, distilled in 1989 and released as a limited edition in the Cú Bócan series at cask strength. It was matured in carefully chosen casks. The nose offers dried fruit, a little smoke and spiced oak. On the palate there is dark chocolate, vanilla and ripe berries, with a subtle touch of peat smoke that is typical of the Cú Bócan series. The finish is long and warm, with fine spice.
