Tomatin Legacy is a single malt from Tomatin Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks, which bring a light sweetness. Tomatin was established in 1897 and built housing for its workforce, and it remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its craftsmen. The nose offers vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit come peppered with ginger, ahead of a light, clean finish.
