Traverse City Whiskey Michigan Apple Bourbon is an apple-infused bourbon from Traverse City Whiskey Co. in Michigan. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Straight bourbon is infused with three kinds of early-season apples from local Traverse City orchards. The whiskey spends most of its ageing in the northern Michigan climate. The nose shows caramel apple and cinnamon, with rye bread and honeydew melon. On the palate, sweet and tart apple meets rye spice and pepper. The finish is medium in length, clean and slightly minty, with a little apple fruit and a dry close.
