This is a 26-year-old Islay single malt, bottled at 49.5% in a 70cl bottle by Elixir Distillers. It is Second Witch in the Macbeth Collection.
The collection began when Lexi Livingstone Burgess, founder of Livingstone and Burgess Studio, saw the Scotch whisky trade as a Macbeth-like story of alliances and ambition. Together with Elixir Distillers, the characters of the Shakespeare tragedy were cast as whiskies.
