Volcán De Mi Tierra Colección I Hacienda La Gavilana is a limited edition añejo tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico. It is the first release in the Volcán De Mi Tierra Colección series.
It comes in a hand-finished marble decanter inspired by volcanic stone, with a golden stopper, inside a wooden presentation case. The oak ageing shows in a layered, silky spirit with refined agave sweetness.
The nose offers cooked agave, caramelised vanilla, toasted oak, honey and light spice. On the palate it is rich and silky, with vanilla cream, dark caramel and roasted agave. The finish is long and warming.
