Volcán de Mi Tierra Reposado Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Volcán de Mi Tierra Reposado is a tequila from Jalisco, made by the Gallardo family, who have grown agave on the volcanic soils beneath the Volcán de Tequila since 1774. The brand blends agave from both Lowland and Highland growing zones. The tequila rests for 135 days in a mix of American and French oak casks and is bottled at 40% without additives. The American oak brings honey and a little campfire smoke, while the French casks add finesse and a floral note. On the nose and palate it shows cooked agave and fresh herbs, with honey, soft smoke and floral lift. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
