Wakatsuru Saburomaru Junenmyo Rouge is a Japanese blended whisky from the Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama, bottled at 46% ABV. It is finished in red wine casks, hence the name Rouge.
The blend combines more than 50% heavily peated Saburomaru malt with aged grain whisky. It is described as having smoky ash, sweet red berries and caramel.
