Waterford Organic Gaia 1.2 is an organic Irish whisky from Waterford, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is floral and fruity, with a rose bed after a summer shower, white pepper, rhubarb tart, salted caramel, popcorn, fudge, marshmallows, cherries and vine tomatoes.
On the palate come white pepper, orange zest, almond, dates, lemon sherbet, liquorice, a gentle maltiness and warm chocolate brownie. The finish carries warm spices that fade gently, leaving a cherry biscuit note.
