Watkins Whisky Co Single Malt is an Australian single malt made at Mt Uncle Distillery and bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. It uses a family recipe and Queensland barley, and is aged for seven years in reconditioned ex-red wine French oak barriques with American oak heads.
The colour is a rich amber. Honey and spice show on the nose, with sherry, port and vanilla on the palate.
