Wattie Boone & Sons 7 Year is a single-barrel whiskey from Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, in a 75cl bottle. It was made in Tennessee and aged for seven years in Kentucky.
The name honours Wattie Boone, documented as one of the first people to make bourbon in Kentucky, along the Beech Fork behind the distillery. The bottling also nods to Boone's bourbon legacy and his historic journey up the Appalachian Trail.
