Weller C.Y.P.B. 2024 Release (47.5%)

Weller C.Y.P.B. is a wheated bourbon from Buffalo Trace, aged for 8 years on the highest warehouse floors and bottled at 47.5% ABV. The name stands for Craft Your Perfect Bourbon. It grew out of a project begun in 2015, in which more than 100,000 people chose the recipe, age, warehouse position and bottling proof they wanted. The 2024 release is the latest annual bottling made to that formula. The nose is light, with citrus and oak. The palate is rounded and balanced, and the medium-long finish carries hints of vanilla.
