West Cork Bourbon Cask Matured is an Irish whiskey blending grain whiskey (75%) with malt (25%), matured in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at 40%.
It has a bright golden colour and is smooth and balanced. The nose has fresh malt with grapefruit, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate caramel stands out, with more citrus opening up and the soft character typical of Irish whiskey.
