This is an Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, finished in rum casks, which gives it rum-style aromas. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The nose is fresh, with apple and raisin, sweetness, vanilla and malt. The palate is oily and soft, with molasses, brown sugar, exotic fruit and plenty of vanilla. The finish is medium in length, sweet, with oak.
