West Cork Sherry Cask Finished is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43%. It was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in Bodega sherry casks.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
On the nose it shows red apple, raisins, vanilla, honey and almond, with light sherry notes. The palate is round and velvety, with dried fruit, caramel, toffee, gentle spice and soft chocolate. The finish is medium to long, warm and softly sweet, with raisins and a touch of oak.
