Western Honey Pepper is a flavoured American whiskey, bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof) in a 75cl bottle. A small-batch whiskey base is infused with natural honey and chilli peppers.
It opens with a syrupy sweetness and closes with a warming chilli kick.
The nose combines floral honey, vanilla cream and a sharp, peppery spice. On the palate, honey and caramel coat the mouth before a building chilli heat arrives. The finish is long and spicy, with lingering sweetness and tingling pepper.
