This is an 8 year old American single malt from Westland, bottled by Adelphi in 2025 for its Adelphi Selection series. The spirit was distilled in 2017 and matured in a single first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry butt, cask 7578. It was bottled at a natural cask strength of 50.9%, without colouring or chill filtration, and the cask yielded 742 bottles. Westland is a distillery founded in Seattle in 2011.
