Westland American Oak is an American single malt whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It belongs to the distillery's Heritage Collection, whose house style is a balanced, barley-forward whiskey.
It is made from 100% malted barley and fermented with a Belgian Saison brewer's yeast. Westland matures its single malts in a variety of cask types, aiming for new and distinctly American flavour profiles, and this expression is matured in American oak.
