Westland – American Single Malt Peated

Westland Peated is an American single malt whiskey made by combining heavily peated and unpeated spirits. It is filled primarily into new and first fill American oak casks. The distillery describes the aim as a multi-dimensional and balanced peated single malt. The mix of peated and unpeated spirit, together with the new and first fill oak, is what shapes the whiskey.
